Hi Everyone,
I got back on Friday night. I can't begin to tell you what an impact the
trip had! It was adventurous, beautiful, HOT (80 degrees everyday)... simply
amazing.
Thank you so very much for all your assistance. Your precise organization
made it very easy for me to reach all my 'ryokans'. As a person traveling
solo, it was so nice to come to a Japanese inn where all the women welcomed
me like their own daughter. The food was phenomenal - a lot of overlap with
the Chinese cuisine I grew up with. So thank you again for your help and
most of all, your generosity. When I begin to crave sashimi again, I'll give
you a call!
