1. You always search for the lowest fare and always give me more than one option giving the client a choice of itineraries.
2. You advise when a fare decreases and give a concise breakdown of all reissue charges.
3. You confirm receipt of requests for cancellations and itinerary changes to ensure proper documentation of each transaction.
4. We receive a weekly listing of any outstanding reservations.
5. Every reservation is "flagged" with a ticketing deadline to ensure that tickets are issued before a fare increases.
