Our new online document delivery service that allows you to access invoices and itineraries online any time and automatically sends a copy to you via email. ki-eDocs boasts a new easy-to-read design plus added features such as TravelGUIDE, which features geo-coding technology. TravelGUIDE provides travelers with a list of city overview, local attractions, dining, and weather information in your destination city. The new Invoices also include a complete itinerary with detailed hotel and flight information for your convenience. In addition, travelers will be able to keep track of unused electronic tickets via eTrak online.

Making the shift to electronic documents is not just about saving time, cutting cost or eliminating redundant work—which it will. The ki-eDocs electronic document delivery system is actually about saving our planet for future generations, cutting back on waste, and reducing our carbon footprint.

With your help, the ki-eDocs system will eliminate approximately 160,000 paper invoices per year, which is roughly five tons of paper. Five tons of paper is equal to 150, 26-foot tall, 5.5-inch diameter trees. Those 150 trees can absorb up to two tons of carbon dioxide in just one year!
