Announce New Policy for Non-Refundable Tickets

Continental, Delta and Northwest have joined American in relaxing rules on for non-refundable tickets effective immediately. Passengers will have a full year from the date of issue of the ticket to change it without loosing the ticket's value.
(Northwest's policy differs in that rebooking customers must complete travel within a year of the departure date of the originally scheduled flight.)

The reservation must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure of the original flight in order to apply the ticket value to future travel. Change fees remain the same and any difference in applicable fare will apply to the new itinerary.

Please contact our travel consultants for more details.
